You do understand that PMET will hopefully become a producer right? So when it gets to the same stage as LTR, the evaluation should marry up right? So you can gauge a rough estimate on future value right? That way you can see the potential upside right?
You're responding as if I am saying PMT should be worth 6B right now! Obviously isn't but I wonder how you do DD when you only ever compare to companies at the same stage. How will you ever know what they could be worth and what their future potential expenses and hardships could be?
