A nice update, looks as though things are progressing well. Management are taking a very careful and considered approach. And rather than handing the opportunity to "preferred investors" they are giving all existing shareholders the opportunity to top up at a discount with attractive options attached (who thinks HZR will be trading under 75c in 18 months' time? I don't).
