30km of copper lines times four circuits to carry foreseeable large supply highs and lows of Solar power might be better as another option - move the hydrogen via a pipeline? The link has cost for a two circuit!!

Cost per KM for transmission lines, High voltage sub station and batteries at Port Melville compared to a hydrogen pipe line if the Electrolysis occurred at the solar ? It may be the need to locate the Electrolysis at Port Melville?

Cost and financing both the H2 Neo ship, Tiwi H2 is another area of interest to shareholders. Debt or Equity? A lot of money is splashing about in the H2 sector from Billions/trillions investment from APventures, superannuation juggernauts and similar investment equity funds. SPACs are another area of interest perhaps.

H2 Neo ships
An interesting 2018 OECD ship building report is a bit out of date. Assumption 60 to 100 $USD million per ship
How many H2 Neo ships? The gas plan was a fleet of them. "Peak export hydrogen volume revised to 90,000 tpa, with a +/- 10,000 tpa allowance for future optimisation activities" A H2Neo, the ship boasts a 26,000m3 storage capacity per load. Note that site stated "Provaris wants to make no less than 50,000 tonnes" it is a year old data!
Fleet plan news is in the welcome news "The innovative tank production facility aims to start operations mid-2025, providing hydrogen cargo tanks for Provaris’ initial fleet of H2Neo carriers and H2Leo storage barges, aligned with two recently announced collaboration export projects located in Norway."

Ship safe bet $USD250 to 500 million cost finance needed!

(Note last link has "Provaris welcomes the Federal Government’s recent announcement of the Hydrogen Headstart funding program for export projects and looks forward to participating in the consultation and future growth of such subsidy schemes designed to
accelerate large scale hydrogen export projects in Australia.”) That can make finance much easier! EFT and Investment funds like free money!
