"Unfortunately, State and Federal regulatory agencies have been unable to meet their approval process guidelines for permitting milestones due
in part to worker shortages and high demand, and therefore timing for receipt of final permits for Atlas is uncertain. In
addition, the new Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act, which came into effective on 1 July 2023, has created new challenges
that could also impinge on permitting timelines. Our project development team continues to work diligently to minimise
permitting delays."
