Seems to me probably not the correct choice of words imo. Unqualified, so your assuming lower experienced contractors are unqualified and they are getting paid to much, correct? And you do realise this is a cashflow statement and is dated 30/6/23, I assume you know this as as such would not tell you anything about drilling depth, experience or completion?
