It will be interesting to see what they do with their 10 properties and if they revalue these, this could be upside or downside, not sure what's happened but from memory it was worth approx. $100m.
RE: replacing cash, yes had low returns in Nov 2021, but now cash in the bank yields almost 6%... with virtually no risk......
Would be sad if they didn't grow at 6% in net profit, as that is the break-even point without going backwards if you think about inflation.
