Can't fathom why anyone would advocate for consolidation.
Go for 1: 100 makes it a ten cent share, any bad news and it slides to five cents. Half your money gone.
It can't go anywhere but up from .001
The only thing that will move this up is good news and income. Manipulation doesn't change anything.
