    I think if there is a delay it will be dependent on the timing of the debt. So if there is a delay, it makes sense to announce it when the debt is locked in and they have a better idea on completion date.
    So I'm guessing that if there is going to be any delay, we will know about it when funding is locked in. I.e. next month or September, well before December 31.
    Ideally debt is finalised next month and we don't get any meaningful delay.
