Coordinated and opportunistic sell down to spark panic, look at the trades, those 500k blocks and 1M block aren't retail. Some of those smaller trades are. Was a good day for me yo not read the ANN until just now. No real surprises for me, VEN still looks good to me long term.
I noticed in the report Regal aren't in the top 10 holders now, although I saw a change in substantial holdings notice from them recently. I didn't see one filed stating that they'd dropped below 5%. Anyone paying attention knew there would be delays attributed to the weather in the Cooper basin. I bet Regal shorted the hell out of VEN today.
If they did, at some point they'll have to buy those shares back
