well dalek can we agree that everyone who posts here has an agenda? Seems like it, as it is so polarised. Maybe this is typical of a tipping point?
Train wreck or airline - it makes no difference. What they all have in common is that they always leave a logical trail of deliberate or indeliberate ignorance that is only discovered after the fact.
I am not currently a property owner, because things are way out of kilter from my current perspective. I am damned if I'm going to be sucked into the vortex of infinite property riches!
