I think I'm ok without going back to school. Not sure what wiki page that's from but net debt is total debt less cash. If accounts payable (and receivables) is now part of net debt then what you're saying is we need to incorporate accounts payables (and receivables) into the Enterprise Value of the firm as EV is Market Cap + Net Debt.
Is that what you're saying because if it is, then it's not me that's wrong, it's also Bloomberg, Reuters and Capital IQ.
