Share your frustration regarding Key holders offloading shares rather than building a profitable strong company and then letting someone else take it over and let them build it further.But unfortunately that is the difference with many Australian managers who think shareholders are there to provide them with an endless supply of funds for their benefit rather than what the real purpose, to create shareholder value.
Regarding CNN and and current management it still has to prove itself to the market because the market has a long memory regarding previous management short-comings,that is why it gets sold back down from it's highs in the past.
Fortunately that is the past and the future is going to be very bright indeed so hold on because CNN will be a stock you will gladly own for some years.
If you read between the lines the most recent announcements are small and that is how they start but they will grow in quantity and substantially because we know the bio-degradable resin works and works well.So I will be waiting for some larger contracts still in the pipe line and if they achieve the managements target on earnings then this stock will be primed for a potential price target of 80 cents within two years.
