They bought 3 million shares at 31c thinking it was time to buy, then the price fell to 25c and they bought another 2.5 million.
I bet they are hoping for more sellers at the current price so they can get an even larger chunk of the company.
They probably bought more today IMO.
It's also worth noting that they haven't sold a single share, not even when the price was 37c, not a single share.
