Can't raise?? I reckon my lottery ticket has a better chance to be in the money, if they do raise $45 million, I will be amazed. I usually avoid CR as they often go way lower soon after, so I'm avoiding this one like I did the 0.6 cents and I would need to see a miracle to average down, I thought the re-entry would be the catalyst, but they seem to have had "difficulties" and clearly running out of money.
