Well I am certainly not going to argue about the past 3 years - true, they are facts. There has been a certain event that specifically has been affecting CSL earnings. Naturally we need to be focussed on the future. Most analysts are estimating the those unusual circumstances are behind us and growth for CSL can get back to the previous years. I take your point on mature markets. But I am backing this as a low point and the current R&D & acquisitions will see SP increases with earnings growth into new markets. I just don't see a low PE for this company happening in the short to medium term.
