Funny how people were complaining about SWF changing their pricing model when there was 'no need to' as it would simply reduce overall profit. Companies adapt and change with time and here's a perfect example of a large organisation doing just this...

It's really sad that this company has just become a door mat which was run down by a failure of a CEO, poor innovation, poor money management and marketing. SWF needs a CEO to step in and remove all the jargon, inclusive of the staff not required and rebuild this company, otherwise just sell it - don't run your investors to the ground, that's exactly what's happening.

I once enjoyed reading danbradstars comments by the way, unfortunately you're putting too much effort into a company that doesn't necessarily care anymore. We (the stock holders) need to bind together and vote for prominment CEO that can actually make this company something -- otherwise it's game over.
