Also Ferroglobes also needed to advise ADO if they planned to take proceedings in regard to the subject matter by 9.30am on 27 July

No announcement from ADO on any outcomes of proceedings set down for 2.15pm on 27 July, proceedings still shown as open

So where does this leave Shareholders,
No update from courts
No updates from Management
No questions being asked by ASX

No wonder the ASX performs so bad and shareholders get the wrong end of the stick
