I believe there remain 2 key "unresolved issues" before CDX gets a market re-rate :
1) Working Capital - funding achieved to facilitate the business to deliver activity set & achieve cash flow positive in 24 months.
2) Conneqt Pulse - commercial product launch with proven demand, where demand facilitates 1)
That's about it.
Everything else is about achieving these objectives as quickly and effectively as possible for the benefit of shareholders.
This activity report demonstrates we are on track for both 1) and 2 ).
On 1), it would seem the IPO is being fast tracked. Not sure if this comment below is roadshows finished by end of August, or if process is being lined up such that after the EGM they can hit the go button. Either way, we seem to be on a fast track, such that additional $1.5m from convertible notes and cash receipts will see us through to the IPO.
The IPO timetable commences today with a 15-day “disclosure” period. After the expiry of the disclosure period the Company and our Underwriters, Roth Capital LLC, will commence roadshows and the formal capital raising program which we expect to be completed in August.
Whatever the IPO price and resultant dilution, the next 4C that comes out at the end of October should see 1) and 2) resolved.
1) IPO complete / AUD $17m - $20m in the bank
2) Conneqt Pulse and digital ecosystem launched / hoping 2nd " mass production run" scheduled based on 1) and sales demand.
End October ... lines up with the " give us 6 months comment " from Craig in the last webinar.
And then the re-rate.
