Hi PalmTree,
I just looked at EWC's 2009 Annual Report in order to find out what this 30km size 8 pipeline is going to be used for. No surprise: it is required for the 120 MW expansion of the Sengkang power plant. (see page 16 of the Annual Report).
This would indicate that EWC expects the required PPA to be finalised shortly.
