That "recycling thingy" also came with an annual licensing fee for the next few years or so. Hopefully we are not left holding the "bucket" on that one? Hopefully the agreement was written in such a way that Epichem carries the can with this, and future fees die with Epichem's demise.
I wonder if Shell have taken up the option direct with the inventor for a trillion dollars?
