EWC’s quarterly activity reports ending January 2023and March 2023 both listed under Section 7.6 that its loan to Standard CharteredBank etc (due 30 Sept 2022) was “under renegotiation”. June 2023 quarterlyactivity report still shows an amount of US$16.8million outstanding to StandardChartered Bank etc. but does not list it being “under renegotiation”.
Is this one of the many ‘omissions’ by EWC or does itindicate something else?
ASX requirements relating to reviewing EWC tradestatus following its submission of the 2023 AR, pro-forma balance to date of submission of 2023 AR and 12 months cashflow forecast (1 Oct 2023 – 30 Sept 2024) (see EWC 31 July 2023 company update) hinges, in my opinion, on the following:
1. Standard Chartered Bank etc loanbeing paid back in full or renegotiated
2. Loan Terms in respect of Slipform andEWI loans being extended far beyond June 2024
3. EWI and Chairperson submitting letterof financial support to EWC.
