I totally agree. Many thanks OTP for making the effort. I have spoken to Scott on a number of occasions and have found him to be a very generous man in terms of giving the caller his time and attention.
If you feel so strongly about this and other issues, instead of whining on this thread - make a call to the man and actually then report back with something constructive.
Its not that hard.
