    Not only that but also any additional meter MEI drills out adds nothing to NPV so you don't actually need a full 200km2 to get a viable potential scale. Now imagine a future 3 way downstream refinery deal between IXR MEI and VMM and things get real-interesting. That's only for those of us who like to do tea-leaf reading though.
