There has to be more to this than meets the eye. The deal looks very expensive & seems to have put a lot of (hopefully short term) downward pressure on the share price but that's of no consequence if you hold & is a positive if you want to top up. I bought more too early but you live and learn. I still think a TO will happen at a significant premium to the current SP which to my eyes looks cheap. It's not one for the faint hearted though
