    There is more time to examine the flaws of the Prospectus with the extension of the offering announced today.

    Possibly NPM could provide proper legal and tenement status information     for the next extension?

    What are terms of the binding SCB lithium start up-deal?
    And how would it be financed?

    What is the problem with Las Openas?
