Unlike many here I maintain a belief that when the BAM hits and the first of the MOUs arrive the SP won’t stabilize……. it will sky rocket. How can it not. There is serious profit in the numbers even with graphite flat and Inflation pressure on opex. The facts remain there is profit and profit is worth investment. The big funds are seeking to send additional liquidity into the market and this will be one of the places where several of them will target.
- govt funding
- quality high grade high margin product
- sovereign stability
- free trade margins with key markets
