The shares were so cheap because FDA approval hadn't been obtained. From the day it was obtained the share price has headed north. Why didn't this mob get organised and change the board when the share price was in the doldrums....? Now the ducks are lined up they suddenly appear. It could be a good thing, we don't have the information to know, perhaps they see a looming problem and are moving to fix it before it happens, they have at least as you pointed out, put their money where their mouth is. Probably best to get this sorted out one way or another now.
