Because I have seen other companies go into trading halt for an FDA decision and have it announced within the hour.
Maybe I am being paranoid, maybe MSB has been told it will definitely be August 2 in the US and they just want to stop any trading in both markets. I admit I am not used to seeing these things where multiple international exchanges are involved...
