I hope you are. As a holder of shares, I would much prefer a couple of months than a year.
I put out the 1-1.5 years as as estimate as generally no one will mobilise (for construction) a site before ALL approvals are in place. Also, as Nightracer commented, the mining contractor is currently demobilising. You wouldnt do that if you were expecting to commence production on a nearby site in the short term - costs of demob and remob plus potential skill loss are the obvious issues.
