If Superloop buys Symbio it's not a massive upside. in fact total revenue declines. The wholesale revenue disappears. You can't count it twice.
so for simplicity. e.g.
Superloop sells 100m at wholesale to Symbio.
Symbio books $135m retail revenue.
The Wholesale revenue evaporates if they combine and they end with a COG.
The combined revenues are not the sum of 2 parts.
