End of the day, LCM would not have funded the case if they didn't believe we would be able to get the award. Annulment requests have increased in recent times but are extremely rare; LCM would be well aware. They are just delaying the inevitable or trying to create a negotiation tactic as outlined above. IMO we are in a very good position.
