For all you Woolies shoppers They are bringing in a new system for their staff from what I have heard.
It will mean less people on the floor.
And from what I have seen or heard is...... Nobody is keen to work at the stores in my area and the ones that are there atm are finding it hard to cope with the change in progress.
and when the new system is fully in place imo their motivation will be diminished greatly.
The bottom line over rules people no matter what, whether it be Companies Aldi, Coles, Woolworths
