They are obviously known within both Fed and State Govt circles to some extent due to the odd grant which they are having approved. I cannot see why they are not promoted by Govt and incentivised to progress takeup of this environmental process. Its a win/win process and Govt should be incentivising it. If they are being favorably treated by Govts then I cannot see where DEL are laying claim to it. I hope its not due to the bureaucrats suspicion that there is insufficient expertise within DEL's management. There is a question there - if plenty of funding is available as you say then why are DEL being stifled for working capital. I think the answer lies with Palisade right now.
