I am in at 3.06 per share. Started at 4.50. Luckily was able to average down with the recent lows. I think SLC are definitely aiming for a cheap stock. Really hoping there is a second offer. Like others have said I am definitely not interested in being converted to SLC shares. It has been a very rocky road thus far.
