Contrarily, while I think that is unlikely, if they did that as TMK, consolidated after the share swap and did a decent raising after flow results, with 100 percent of the project and cash, that company would be in an excellent position.
Easier to then negotiate a development partnership with PetroChina with the full asset under one roof.
Would be a great concept.
