It's a big pill for AIS to swallow - AIS weren't able to/or didn't give themselves enough time(or didn't have the foresight to plan for this possibility) to plan for other avenues of finance - they sell most of their product through Glencore but have they ever bothered to discuss with them the possibility of finance?
As far as SOL is concerned, what happens when or if the $50mil runs out - what do they do then? AIS has gone through at least that amount in FY23 so I wouldn't be confident of them not going through this money during FY24.
