Agree Marcus. It's the strategic fit into their command and control room comms and the European opportunities presented that is far more important than the dollar value.
The trading halt very clearly specified the reason "UK regulatory approval".
I am quite sure that if it had not been for this hurdle that they would have just popped out the announcement in normal fashion.
