The process is a letter to the company requesting a share registry copy for a legitimate purpose with payment to Atomic of the $250.00.
The registry provider Atomic has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane I believe.

If you want you can send a letter to the company stating that you want to view the registry and take pictures and your reason for doing so needs to be for legitimate purposes.
