    would it not be easier to buy all the shares on market and just do a take over ?be cheaper . Oil going up and I believe will keep rising towards end of year , should be drilling new wells , I guess why sell the goose that lays the golden eggs ... there all getting paid a nice salary I'm kinda over this share
