I suppose my natural reaction to all this is to sell in the morning open at a very heavy loss. But, the optimist in me sees once Jaguar is on C&M, The rest of the company is not in too bad a shape. So one asks themselves at what point are the sum of parts worth more than the current market cap remembering AIS market cap currently at only ~$186m and still has $29.5m in cash & equivalents and no drawn debt (not for much longer).

The terms of the new 50 million loan facility with SOL are just awful. They may need to undertake a capital raising to get rid of this at much lower prices. All at time when world markets are falling.
