TOE is looking totally unfit!
As a chart it plays a nice game with a parallel grid, bouncing between the lines until it breaks out (usually down lately)
The first chart is a close-up. I've highlighted some gaps which give weight to the grid lines extending to highs and lows.
Looks to have bounce down again where it might meet with 8c.
The second chart is a bigger picture which shows major points from which the parallel grid is derived from.
