Totally rotten to the core. The regulators should be blamed as well as the banks that they permit to be rotten.
I do not know why the banks are not referred for criminal prosecution themselves like Woolworths is.
Perhaps AUstralia can get rid of the badly behaving banks the way the Danish Government got rid of Aldi.
