So as expected New Zealand impacts profitability, but the higher payout means dividend is not only maintained but increased. Can’t complain about that!
FY24 looks poor, but hopefully as all interest rate rises are compensated for in new loans, profit growth will return. The company is still very profitable and controlling bad debts well.
