The small cap space is so extremely littered with MD's and CEO's who have no shame in lining their pockets and sucking investor money through endless cap raises while projects progress at a snails pace or often progress not at all, all while somehow being rewarded performance bonuses at every turn..

The fact Ian's salary has been extremely modest throughout and only recently I would say, come inline with what most other small cap MD's are rewarding themselves even from day one, barely any performance issued shares (in comparison to what we see in general), extremely limited number of cap raises, and almost always kept to a standard that protects existing holders from over dilution,,, read: Has progressed from initial drilling through to now on honestly, probably 25% of the funds that I would expect similar companies to need for the same progress,,, this tells me enough about Ian.

Whether the project makes it is another question, but we could be a lot worse off I think under other guidance, and without Ian I would not have had half the patience to stay in this long.
