In keeping with the board's habit of excessive optimism, it will probably be a smallish raise to "keep the lights on until FID" and minimise dilution, but will later prove to be too small and they'll come back for another dip in 6 to 9 months time.
I used to be a "glass half full" guy, but POS has beaten it out of me!
