Yes, an absolutely typical ill conceived, rushed, brain dead progressive liberal approach that throws the baby out with the bathwater with almost zero forethought or understanding of consequences.
They could have imposed significant penalties against Rio for their careless and disgusting actions, or legislated such penalties so as to completely eliminate any risk of re-occurrence, however they went down the Snowflake path and hamstrung not only our largest national industry, but an entire state.
They have also set a dangerous precedent nation wide going forward.
