    Im all for 249D.

    However I would like clarification on who the new directors will get to help run the liquidation plus BAU process and what consultancy you are planning to retain.

    I have been a director of asx50 subsidiaries and what these gentlemen are taking on is more than paper shuffling and waiting for escrow to end.
