If you look at the sell lines, there has been a consistent accumulation of sellers between 10.5 and 12c. Those numbers haven't really changed for a while.
Even today, they still haven't changed a lot but there is a flood of new sellers below 10.5c now, right down to 9.3c.
Since the CR and even well before, the charts have shown no real signs of turning around, every significant mile-marker has been hit on the way down.
Blah blah weak hands and whatever else, if the information currently presented by the BOD isn't enough to entice buyers, then I'm not sure what folks really expect to happen beyond what has been the case for over a year now.
