@Davisite , yes, He was involved in the construction and operation of a heap leach project at Bissa, running in parallel with the CIL plant. Came along a couple of years after the initial plant. So no novice there. Only difference is that CDI much wetter than BF so some additional water handling problems in the design , but I don’t think it will cause much bother.
