My interpretation was that once BZ shareholders vote to sell it triggers all events, including the winding up of legal action. There isn't a reason for parties engaged against BZ to surrender their positions prior to their payouts coming through and they won't be of value without the agreement of the shareholders to pass them to EMR.
The whole purpose is to allow litigants to sell their new EMR shares and liquidate the interest entirely, cash out and walk away.
I'm expecting a big sell once it all goes through and I'll be here for it. And I get up very early in the morning. I expect to near double my holding in EMR as previous entities taking the company to court duck out.
